Basic Feature

  • A variety of document data stored at your company will be saved to alfaDOCK automatically.

  • DXF data and Microsoft Office data (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) will be converted to PDF automatically.

  • It is for the multiple user purpose, where every company has three types of user login: admin, user and guest. It helps you have a controlled, secured alfaDOCK.

  • You can make a new account anytime and it fits your alfaDOCK operation. e.g. each department has one account or each staff has one.

  • You can switch over between grid view and list view on alfaDOCK.

  • You can upload your file easily by drag and drop the file or select and click the upload button.

  • The data in alfaDOCK is stored in a highly secured cloud that it helps you have a controlled, secured operation.

     

  • As standard plan, you can use up to 1TB.  You can add more storage with additional fee (start as little as 1GB)

  • You can add attribute to files on alfaDOCK.  Attributes can be used as a keyword when you search something on alfaDOCK.

     

  • You can search for a word which is part of text in PDF file and Microsoft Office files (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
